Movement Challenge

December 2011 and January 2012:  30 for 60!

As in 30 minutes of exercise for 60 days straight.  It can be as simple as a 30 minute walk, some serious stretching, lifting weights, biking, running.  Whatever movement brings you joy.  Are you up for the challenge to stay active during the holidays and beyond into the lazy winter time?
