Cooking for Four When You Only Have Two

The leftover waffles turned into egg sandwiches!  Just warm two quarters in the oven or the toaster!  It fits one fried egg with a little cheese and ketchup perfectly.  A wonderfully satisfying and healthy breakfast.

Still Using Leftovers!?

Make yourself a bowl of turkey stuffing soup!

Fill a bowl about half way with warmed leftover stuffing.

Pour some piping hot (preferably home made to use more leftovers) turkey noodle soup over stuffing!

Enjoy!

The broth plumps up the bread in the stuffing and makes this a fluffy and satisfying meal.
