Not much for you tonight.  I’m preparing for the mother daughter cookie extravaganza tomorrow!  Hope you’re having a relaxing Friday!


30 Minutes Movement:  Yet another walk outside, this time by the light of the full moon.  Stunning!  Our route is definitely starting to feel easier.  The hills seem less steep and the 30 minutes fly by faster.  This is a good sign!

Activity Factoid:  Aerobic activity has three components:  intensity, frequency and duration.  While each of these parts is important, research shows, the minute of exercise is the most important factor in achieving health benefits.
