Anyway, here’s the how to on the green beans almondine that we had on turkey day.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon lemon olive oil in a cast iron skillet.  Toss in 1 cup almond slivers and toss on medium heat until almonds are golden brown.  Add 8 cups fresh green beans and toss together.  Heat on medium low until warmed and beans are tender crisp.  Serve immediately.
