Back on Track Oats

This past week involved eating at least one meal out per day.  AND no trips to the gym.  Boo that.  But every day is a clean slate.

I find it’s easier to make good decisions all day long if I start the day with a hearty and wholesome breakfast.  Doesn’t get much better than oats.

In todays oats:

  • old fashioned rolled oats
  • milk
  • banana
  • strawberries
  • Stonyfield vanilla yogurt
  • chia seeds
